All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. Please allow an additional 24 hours for dispatch during new release periods.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
An email containing your order details and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided once your order has been processed and dispatched. All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Orders shipped to Australia and the United States will not be subject to additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
Orders shipped to other countries may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees depending on the destination. These charges are determined and enforced by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
We understand that purchases aren't always perfect, so returns and exchanges can be lodged within 5 days of delivery. For more information on our returns and exchange policy, you can read our policies or raise a support ticket on our support page, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you'd like a different size or style, you're welcome to place a new order rather than wait for your return to be processed — though due to the fast turnover of our stock, we can't guarantee your preferred size or style will still be available.

Each of our garments is made by hand and often requires different methods of care. Please carefully follow the washing instructions described on the wash tag of your garment. To make your garment last, wash less, and wash with care. Repair or resell it when it's no longer being worn.
